I’m Aiden Lock, a Brisbane‑based WHS professional with over a decade of experience keeping people safe in high‑risk environments.
I’ve led fire service teams, trained technical rescue volunteers, defence combat engineers and supported organisations across multiple industries. The common thread: taking complex safety requirements and turning them into clear, practical actions that crews actually follow.
As a gym owner as well as a safety trainer, I bring real‑world energy to every session. My style is direct, hands‑on and focused on what happens on the tools, not in a textbook. I don’t do box‑ticking seminars; I deliver site‑specific training that fits around real work and leaves supervisors with clearer obligations and crews with safer habits.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make safety simple and effective for construction and other high‑risk workplaces across South East Queensland. We do this by delivering practical, site‑specific WHS training, first aid and CPR, and clear compliance support that fits around real work, reduces risk, and gives leaders confidence their people will go home safe and their projects can keep moving.
